Lost or Damaged Packages

Package shows delivered but you didn't receive it?

  • Check with neighbors, household members, building reception
  • Check all safe locations around your address
  • Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark as delivered early)
  • Contact us at contact@romimi.com if still missing

Package arrived damaged?

  • Take photos of packaging and damaged items
  • Don't discard packaging
  • Email contact@romimi.com immediately with photos and order number

We'll resolve issues quickly with replacement or refund.

  • Both pieces ship together unless items are on pre-order
  • Carefully packaged for perfect arrival
  • We'll contact you if any size is unavailable before shipping

Pre-Orders & Limited Editions

  • Pre-orders ship on estimated release date communicated at purchase
  • Can't be cancelled once dispatched
