At ROMIMI, we create pieces designed to last and create unforgettable memories between fathers and sons. We stand behind the exceptional quality of our products. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations.
How to Initiate a Return

Returns can only be processed for products returned within 14 days of receiving your order, and in their original condition.
Return Conditions
Eligible Products
For a return to be accepted, items must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Be unworn and in new, resaleable condition
- Have all original ROMIMI tags attached
- Be in their original packaging
Non-Eligible Products
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount code (eligible for store credit or exchange only)
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items returned after the 14-day period
- Gift cards (see dedicated section)
Return Process
- Initiate your return via our portal: https://romimi.com/a/service
- Pack carefully your items in secure and appropriate packaging
- Include a note with your order number
- Send in a single parcel - multiple returns for the same order may be refused
- Use a tracked shipping service - you are responsible for the return until it's received at our warehouse
Important: We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage. ROMIMI cannot be held responsible for lost packages without proof of dispatch.
Return address: The address will be provided via our returns portal.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. You may use any carrier of your choice. We advise insuring your package for its value.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same value as the original product.
For a size exchange:
- Follow the return procedure via our portal https://romimi.com/a/service
- Indicate in the "NOTES" section your desired size
- We recommend including an alternative option in case the requested size is no longer available
Exchanges must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of your order delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund.
Processing times:
- Return processing: up to 21 days after receipt
- Credit to your bank account: 5-10 additional business days (may vary depending on banks and for international customers)
Refund method:
- Refund to original payment method
- Sale items or items with promo code: store credit or exchange only
Father-Son Sets and Partial Returns
If you ordered a father-son matching set and wish to return only part of it:
- A partial refund will be calculated proportionally
- For a full refund, the complete set must be returned
Undelivered, Lost, or Damaged Parcels
You must notify our customer service within 14 days of placing your order for any parcel:
- Not delivered
- Lost with the carrier
- Damaged upon receipt
Beyond this period, ROMIMI cannot accept any claims.
According to our policy, orders with the following statuses will be automatically reshipped:
- Damaged, Faulty, or Missing Product
- Returned to Sender
- Delivered but Not Received
- Lost
To facilitate processing, please provide:
- Your order number
- Proof of issue (photos for damaged items)
- Any additional supporting documentation
Gift Cards
- Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash
- Gift cards cannot be resold
- ROMIMI cannot be held liable for lost or stolen gift cards
- Gift cards expire 6 months after their issue date
Bank Disputes
Before opening a dispute with your bank: Bank chargeback processes can take up to 90 days. We strongly recommend contacting us directly via email first—in most cases, we can resolve the issue much faster and more efficiently.
